Timeline of the NaoDec team’s travel, event operations, setup, additional support tasks, tear down, and final transportation for the Cloud 11 event.

Detailed Work Breakdown
August 6 — NaoDec Setup
- Move all equipment and materials to the 5th floor at 07:00.
- Unpack the equipment and materials.
- Set up the structure and electronics.
- Complete the decoration.
- Test the setup.
- Manage the wiring.
- Clean up the area.
- Remain on-site for support until 18:30.
August 7–9 — Event Operation and Additional Tasks
- The event operated from 10:30 to 20:30 each day.
- Pom and Bird: Sourced a 5 m HDMI cable and HDMI-to-mini-HDMI adapter on August 7.
- Pom: Retrieved the RTX 3090 from Nonthaburi on August 7.
